These Terms govern your use of SportLab. By using the app or website you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. User Conduct & Security

A. Integrity: users must provide accurate information. Forging scores or tampering with data is grounds for an immediate ban.

B. Restrictions: scraping data, flooding OTP requests, or attempting to breach app security is strictly prohibited.

C. Admin security: to ensure match integrity, scorer and tournament-admin accounts are limited to one active session at a time.

2. Intellectual Property

A. Design & code: the visual look and feel of SportLab, including our UI, logos and custom code, is the exclusive property of SportLab.

B. User licence: by uploading content (team logos, match data) you grant SportLab a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reformat and distribute that content across our services.

3. Public Visibility & Sharing

A. Public persona: your player profile, including stats and photos, is publicly visible to all users to facilitate community features and leaderboards.

B. Advertising: you grant us a licence to use your public profile data and achievements in our marketing materials or in-app advertisements.

C. Social sharing: SportLab allows sharing links on third-party platforms like WhatsApp.SportLab is not responsible for data once shared outside our services.

4. Limitation of Liability

A. Scoring accuracy: SportLab is a technology tool. The accuracy of all data depends on manual input by third-party users. We are not liable for any errors in scores or stats.

B. Financial disputes: SportLab is not a party to any prize-money distributions or financial bets. We disclaim all liability for financial losses or disputes.

C. Finality:the “Final Result” recorded within the app is for record-keeping purposes only and does not constitute a legally binding determination.
