Account & Data Deletion

1. Open the SportLab app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings & Privacy.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm by tapping Delete My Account. Your account is removed immediately.

If you can no longer sign in, email support.sportslab@phalcon.cloud from the email address registered to your account (or include your registered mobile number) with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.

You do not have to delete your whole account to remove specific data. While signed in to the SportLab app you can:

• Remove or replace your profile photo, and delete an AI-generated auction card
• Delete individual matches you created, along with their scorecards
• Edit or clear optional profile details such as date of birth, city and gender

For anything you cannot remove yourself, email support.sportslab@phalcon.cloud from your registered email address, describing the data you want deleted. We will verify your identity and respond within 30 days. Your account stays active.

Deletion is permanent and irreversible. We remove your personal profile data, including:

• Name, email address and mobile number
• Date of birth and city
• Profile photo and any AI-generated auction card
• Your login credentials and push-notification token

Scorecards and results from completed matches and tournaments you took part in may be retained for the integrity of those historical records, with your personal contact details removed. We may also retain limited information where required to comply with legal obligations or to resolve disputes.
