Account & Data Deletion

Last updated: 22 June 2026 · Applies to the SportLab mobile app (Android package com.sportlab.v1) and website.

You can delete your SportLab account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to do it and what happens to your data.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)

  1. Open the SportLab app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings & Privacy.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm by tapping Delete My Account. Your account is removed immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can no longer sign in, email support@sportslab.phalcon.cloud from the email address registered to your account (or include your registered mobile number) with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Deletion is permanent and irreversible. We remove your personal profile data, including:

  • Name, email address and mobile number
  • Date of birth and city
  • Profile photo and any AI-generated auction card
  • Your login credentials and push-notification token

What may be retained

Scorecards and results from completed matches and tournaments you took part in may be retained for the integrity of those historical records, with your personal contact details removed. We may also retain limited information where required to comply with legal obligations or to resolve disputes.
